Virtual Volunteering in the Cambridge Public Schools

How to Apply Cambridge School Volunteers (CSV) worked collaboratively with the Cambridge Public School district administration to expand our services to students during the Spring 2020 closure of school buildings by using videoconference platforms. During the 2020-21 school year, CSV volunteers are mentoring, tutoring, and assistance to teachers and classrooms using Zoom and/or Google Meet. No in-person volunteering is permitted by the school district.

Closure Extended; CSV Expands Help at CRLS, HSEP

Governor Charlie Baker announced on April 21 that public and private schools in Massachusetts would remain closed through the end of the school year.
